Refund and Cancellation Policy

Tickets are non-refundable

Once a registration is paid and a ticket is issued, it cannot be cancelled or refunded, except in the case described below.

Event cancellation

If Spectrum Fest 2026 is cancelled or postponed by the organisers for reasons within our control, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.

Failed or duplicate payments

If an amount is deducted from your account but no ticket is issued, contact us with your payment reference and we will investigate and refund any genuine duplicate or failed charge within 7 working days.

Non-transferable

Tickets are issued to a specific student and are not transferable to another person.
