Eligibility

Registration is open to students who can present a valid college ID at entry, along with their QR ticket.

Entry

Your QR ticket is tied to the specific games and days you booked, and can be scanned once per day. Carry a valid ID along with your ticket.

Seats and availability

Games have limited seats. A booking is confirmed only once payment is successfully completed; an incomplete payment does not guarantee your seat.

Conduct

Participants are expected to follow the instructions of event staff and volunteers. The organisers reserve the right to remove any participant for unsafe or disruptive behaviour.

Changes

The organisers may make reasonable changes to the schedule, games, or venue due to circumstances beyond their control, and will communicate significant changes where possible.

Liability

Participants take part in physical games at their own risk. The organisers are not liable for personal injury or loss of belongings during the event, except where caused by our negligence.
